简析地方高校音乐学专业应用型人才的培养——以湖北理工学院音乐学专业为例

摘　　要：应用型人才的培养是地方高校转型发展研究的重要课题。文章结合地方高校音乐学专业应用型人才的培养目标、培养方案、实践教学以及就业导向等四个方面,提出了具体设想和改进意见,为促进地方高校音乐学专业进一步发展提供参考。The cultivation of application- oriented talents is an important topic of the research on the transformation of the local universities. This paper explores the cultivation of application- oriented talents of Musicology Major in the local universities from the following four aspects： the aim,the delivery plan,practice and career orientation,aiming to provide reference for the development of musicology major in the local universities.
