摘  要:将复合益生菌添加到哺乳仔猪教槽料中,通过测定哺乳仔猪的生产性能、健康状况、粪便菌群数和酶活性指标,探讨复合益生菌对仔猪的影响。结果表明,试验组与对照组相比,14~21 d仔猪增重提高了22.21%(P〈0.05),21~28 d提高了13.01%(P〉0.05);试验组提高仔猪育成率8.29%,腹泻率和死亡率分别降低76.02%和79.62%;21 d时对照组仔猪粪便大肠杆菌数比试验组高3.75%(P〈0.05);乳杆菌数量试验组高于对照组;试验组R/D比对照组高7.65%(P〈0.05)。21和28 d试验组仔猪粪便中蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性均稍高于对照组,差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。结果表明,在仔猪教槽料中添加该复合益生菌,能在一定程度上提高仔猪日增重和育成率,减少仔猪腹泻和死亡率,降低前期粪便中大肠杆菌数量,提高R/D值,改善肠道健康,提高粪便中蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性。This trial aimed to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance, feces microflora and enzyme activity of piglets. The results showed that piglet weight gain in experiment group were higher above 22.21%(P〈0.05) at 14 to 21 days and 13.01%(P〈0.05) at 21 to 28 days, the rearing rate increasing 8.29%.Diarrhea rate and mortality rate of the experiment group were lower 76.02% and 79.62% respectively. At the age of21 d, the number of Escherichia coli of the control group increased 3.75%(P〈0.05). At the age of 21 and 28 d,the fecal protease activity and amylase activity of the experiment group were all higher than that of the control group to some degree(P〈0.05). The results showed compound probiotics could promote growth performance and bred ratio and decreased fecel Coliform counts, reducing diarrhea and death, as well as increased fecal protease and amylase activity.
