摘　　要：[目的]了解国内外恶性肿瘤病人心理痛苦的现状及其相关因素的研究进展,为心理痛苦的后续研究及临床应用提供方向和指导依据。[方法]查阅国内外有关恶性肿瘤病人心理痛苦的文献资料,对心理痛苦的概念、评估工具、不同病种的病人心理痛苦的现状及整体相关因素进行分析和综述。并讨论这些研究深度和广度的局限性以及临床需求。[结果]国内外检索出以"肿瘤"和"心理痛苦"或"心理困扰"的文献较多,主要涉及某一单一肿瘤类型病人的心理痛苦的调查研究,且国外研究多于国内的研究。[结论]国内外学者均对肿瘤病人心理痛苦进行了相关调查研究,但研究范围仍比较局限。国内研究处于起步阶段,相关研究较国外少且评价工具不统一,对其相关影响因素的分析也各有侧重。因此,应进一步统一心理痛苦的评估工具,扩大对不同病种的研究,并对相关影响因素进行较为全面的分析,以此指导我国心理痛苦的临床治疗和护理。Objective：To know about the research progress on status quo of psychological distress in malignant tumor patients and its related factors in abroad and at home,so as to provide direction and guidance for the further research on psychological distress and its clinical application.Methods：The literatures on psychological distress in malignant tumor patients in abroad and at home were checked out.The concept of psychological distress,assessment tools,the status quo of psychological distress in patients with different diseases and the overall related factors were analyzed and reviewed.And it discussed these limitations of the research depth and breadth and clinical needs.Results：In abroad and at home the retrieved literatures on＂tumor＂and＂psychological pain＂or＂psychological distress＂were more,mainly referred to the investigation on psychological distress in the patients with a single type of tumor,and the domestic researches were more than foreign researches.Conclusion：The related researches on the psychological distress of cancer patients were carried out by the scholars in abroad and at home,but the scope of the study was still relatively limited.Domestic research was in its infancy,the related researches were less and evaluation tools were not unified compared with that in other countries,and the analysis of its related factors also had different emphases.Therefore,further harmonization of assessment tools of psychological distress,expansion of research on different kinds of disease,and more comprehensive analysis of related factors,in order to guide the clinical treatment and care of psychological distres＇ s in china.
