白萝卜片治疗动静脉内瘘并发症的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察白萝卜片治疗动静脉内瘘并发症的效果。[方法]将60例维持性血液透析病人按随机数字表法分为硫酸镁组、喜辽妥组和白萝卜组,每组20例,分别使用50%硫酸镁湿敷、喜辽妥外搽、白萝卜片外敷,观察并比较3组治疗效果及时间。[结果]白萝卜组和喜辽妥组总有效率均较硫酸镁组高,3组方法治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是白萝卜组的显效时间及治愈时间显著短于喜辽妥组和硫酸镁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]白萝卜片湿敷对治疗动静脉内瘘并发症效果显著,且能缩短治疗时间。Objective：To observe the effect of white radish slices in treatment of complication of arteriovenous fistula（AVF）patients.Methods：A total of 60 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients according to the random number table method were divided into magnesium sulfate group,hirudoid group and white radish group,20 cases in each,respectively,wet compress with 50% magnesium Sulfate,outside applies with Hirudoid,external application with,white radish slices,then to observe and compare the effect and time among the three groups.Results：In white radish group and hirudoid group,the total effective rate was higher compared with the magnesium sulfate group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,but in white radish group the effective time and healing time were significantly shorter than that in Hirudoid group and magnesium sulfate group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Wet compress with white radish slices for complications of arteriovenous fisrtula had significantly effect,and could shorten the treatment time.
