摘  要:采用聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGGE),乙醇胺(MEA)对自制含氟环氧树脂进行扩链反应,将亲水基团接枝到含氟环氧树脂上,制备出水性含氟环氧树脂。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对水性含氟环氧树脂结构进行了表征,利用马尔文激光粒度仪对乳液粒径进行了测定,采用接触角测定仪评价漆膜的表面能。结果表明,当摩尔比(MEA/PEGGE)为2∶1,在55℃条件下,反应4h,得到PEGGE-MEA加成物,然后在PEGGE-MEA的加成物中加入含氟环氧树脂,在65℃条件下,反应5h,所得自乳化含氟树脂具有良好的水分散性,形成的乳液稳定性优良,粒径较小,配制成涂料后具有良好的力学性能,表面能低,与去离子水的接触角为95.55°。An aqueous fluorinated epoxy resin was synthesized by extension chain reaction, using polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (PEGGE),ethanolamine (MEA) grafted hydrophilic group to connect with homemade fluorinated epoxy resin. Fourier Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) was used to characterize the structure of waterborne fluorinated epoxy resin. Malvern laser particle size analyzer was used to analyze the particle size of the emulsion. Contact angle measuring instru- ment was used to evaluate the surface free energy of coating. The experimental results show that when the mole ratio (MEA/PEGGE) is 2 : 1 under the condition of 55 ℃ and 4 h,PEGGE-MEA addition product is prepared, the aqueous fluorinated epoxy resin with good water dispensability is obtained by reacting PEGGE-MEA with fluorinated epoxy resin under the condition of 65 ℃ and 5 h. The coating had good mechanical properties and low surface free energy. Its contact angle with deionized water was 95.55°.
