摘 要:通过测定蒙脱石对两种不同聚羧酸减水剂的吸附量,并结合XRD、IR、TG和XPS等测试手段,对蒙脱石与聚羧酸减水剂的插层反应机理进行了探讨。结果表明:蒙脱石对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附量约是水泥颗粒的2~3倍,聚羧酸减水剂可以与蒙脱石发生插层反应,使层间距离增大,经过JS-1、BT聚羧酸减水剂处理后的MMT的层间距分别为1.70nm、1.63nm,相比空白样,增幅分别为12.58%、7.95%;聚羧酸减水剂存在于蒙脱石的层间,不破坏蒙脱石的硅氧、铝氧层结构;蒙脱石与聚羧酸减水剂的插层反应即对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附是造成流动性损失的根本原因。By measuring the adsorption amount of montmorillonite on two different polycarboxylates,and using XRD, IR, TG,XPS and NMR testing methods, the intercalation reaction machanism was discussed between montmorillonite and polycarboxylate. The experimental results show that the adsorption amount of montmorillonite on polycarboxylates is a- bout 2~3 times to cement particles, montmorillonite could occur intercalation reaction with polycarboxylate, and make layer spacing increase; layer spacing of montmorillonite dealt with JS-1 and BT polycarboxylate were 1.70 nm and 1.63 nm, respectively, the increment were 12.58% and 7.95 %, compared to black; polycarboxylate could exsit in the interlayer of montmorillonite, but do not damage silicon-oxide layer structure, aluminum-oxide layer structure; the intercalation re action between montmorillonite and polycarboxylate,namely adsoption on polyearboxylate,is the fundamental reason that caused loss of fluidity.
