摘　　要：运用复杂网络理论,将中国商业银行中部分业务流程构建成基于具体部门岗位的有向加权复杂网络。该方法以具体岗位作为节点,以岗位之间的联系为边构建基于岗位的业务流程网络,通过分析网络拓扑特征,评估商业银行内部岗位设置是否合理,为银行业务流程再造提供参考,也为未来利用流程管理进行操作风险管理及度量与之相关的监管资本等提供条件。On the basis of the theory of complex network, part of the business process in the Commercial Bank of China was built into directed weighted complex networks based on specific sector jobs. This method took specific jobs as nodeand the connection between the posts as the edge to build the network based on the business process and it evaluated whether the commercial bank internal jobs set is reasonable through analyzing the characteristic of network topology, which provides reference for bank business process reengineering and also for the future use of process management of operation risk management and measurement related regulatory capital, etc.
