摘 要:低硅铁水的冶炼一直是转炉生产的难题,操作不好就容易引起金属喷溅、黏枪、烧枪等事故。对宣钢150t转炉炼钢设备以及低硅铁水的冶炼特点进行了研究,将低硅铁水具体细分为高温低硅铁水和低温低硅铁水。通过改变加料方式、变化枪位等措施对不同类型低硅铁水采取不同的操作方法,促使前期渣提早形成,减少炉渣"返干"现象,降低黏枪、黏烟罩、金属喷溅等事故,提高转炉生产作业率。The smelting of low- silicon hot metal is always a difficulty for converter because of breakdown such as metal splash,sticking lane and burning lane in case of bad operation. It is researched the 150 t converter steel making equipment and the smelting characteristic of low- silicon hot metal,divided into high- temperature one and low- temperature one. The different operations is applied to different metal with measures of changing charging method and lane location,to promote the earlier slag formed ahead the time,reduce slag " returning to dry",eliminate breakdown such as sticking lane,sticking smoke cover and metal splash,and so raise the operating rate of converter.
