摘 要:以AZ31B镁合金板材为研究对象,使用了制造的试验器材——对磨销及底座,分析温冲压成形条件下4种不同的高温固体润滑剂——氮化硼(BN)、石墨(C)、二硫化钼(MoS_2)、氟硅脂(PTFE)的摩擦因数变化。结果表明,喷涂润滑剂后,摩擦因数由干摩擦下的0.47左右显著降低,并且与各润滑剂的性能和喷涂量有关,随着喷涂量的增加,摩擦因数逐步降低,到一定程度时,摩擦因数降低至一稳定值。从结果看,石墨效果略优,摩擦因数在0.11左右;氮化硼与二硫化钼相近,0.14左右;氟硅脂最差,0.25左右。考虑生产过程中使用的方便性和板材表面残留润滑剂的清理难易程度,得出氮化硼为最优润滑剂。Four types of high temperature lubricant( BN,C,MoS_2 and PTFE) which were applied as solid lubricant in warm stamping of AZ31 B magnesium alloy sheet were evaluated. The experiment results showed that comparing with 0. 47 under dry friction,the friction coefficients were significantly reduced,and the friction coefficients decreased with the increasing amount of lubricant used. The evaluation indicated that graphite( C) had the best lubrication performance, and its friction coefficient was about 0. 11 when it was used as lubricant; boron nitride( BN) had similar lubrication performance to molybdenum disulfide( MoS_2) and friction coefficient was 0. 14 when they were applied; polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE) had the worst performance and the friction coefficient was 0. 25. Considering the convenience of spraying and residue cleaning,boron nitride( BN) was suggested as the best high temperature lubricant in warm stamping of AZ31 B magnesium alloy sheet.
