药盐包热熨预防PICC致机械性静脉炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察药盐包热熨对PICC致机械性静脉炎的预防效果。方法将200例行PICC置管术的住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。两组行PICC置管术后,治疗组采用药盐包热熨治疗,对照组采用温水毛巾湿热敷治疗。观察两组治疗前后不同时间机械性静脉炎的发生情况,比较机械性静脉炎发生率。结果治疗组机械性静脉炎发生率为9.0%,对照组为26.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗≤72 h和>72 h机械性静脉炎发生率分别为6.0%和3.0%,对照组分别为16.0%和10.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药盐包热熨能有效降低PICC致机械性静脉炎的发生率。Objective To observe the effect of hot compress with medicinal salt pack in preventing PICC-associated mechanical phlebitis. Method Totally 200 inpatients undergone PICC intubation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 100 cases in each group. After PICC intubation, the treatment group was intervened by hot compress with medicinal salt pack, while the control group was by hot compress with warm wet towel. The occurrence of mechanical phlebitis was observed at different time points and compared between the two groups. Result The occurrence rate of mechanical phlebitis was 9.0% in the treatment group versus 26.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, the occurrence rate of mechanical phlebitis was respectively 6.0% and 3.0% when treatment ≤72 h and 72 h, versus 16.0% and 10.0% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hot compress with medicinal salt pack can effectively reduce the occurrence of PICC-associated mechanical phlebitis.
