摘  要:基于本生灯法,利用CHEMKIN软件结合GRI-Mech 3.0反应机理和Lawrence实验室反应机理,分别对实验测试用的8种不同组成天然气进行法向火焰传播速度仿真计算,得出GRI-Mech 3.0反应机理模拟值更能体现实际天然气法向火焰传播速度与气质组成的变化关系趋势.设计实验系统测试纯甲烷的法向火焰传播速度,结合标高法、摄影高度法和摄影角度法3种数据处理方法,对比所得实验测试值与文献参考值,得出一次空气系数为0.8~1.0时,利用摄影高度法所得实验测试值与文献参考值较接近.通过实验测试8种不同组成天然气的法向火焰传播速度,并将3种数据处理方法所得实验测试值与模拟值对比,结果显示:在一次空气系数较小情况下,火焰内锥表面模糊,较难形成清晰的三角锥结构,3种数据处理方法所得实验测试值均存在较大误差,与模拟值偏差较大;相对而言,摄影高度法更能真实反映实验测试值,与模拟值和文献参考值较接近.Based on Bunsen burner method, the normal flame propagation velocities of 8 kinds of natural gas with different components for experimental test are respectively simulated by CHEMKIN software with GRI-Mech 3.0 reaction mechanism and Lawrence laboratory reaction mechanism. The simulation results show that it is better to reflect the real relationship between normal flame propagation velocity and change of gas components by using GRI-Mech 3.0 reaction mechanism. An experimental system to test pure CH4 normal flame propagation velocity is designed combined with three calculation methods, namely scale height method, photography height method and photography angle method. By comparing test values of three methods to literature reference values,it is found that the values tested by photography height method are very close to literature reference values when primary air coefficient is 0.8 to 1.0. Through experimental test of normal flame propagation velocity of 8 kinds of natural gas with different components and comparing the experimental results to simulation results, it can be concluded that the flame inner cone surface formed by Bunsen burner is vague, and a clear triangular cone structure is hardly formed, which causes the experimental results unreliable and big difference from simulation results when primary air coefficient is very small. Among the three calculation methods, photography height method can truly reflect the normal flame propagation velocity, and the calculation values are close to simulation values and literature reference values.
