摘 要:针对已建成尚未投产的用于生物质热解的循环流化床锅炉,在填料300 mm状态下进行冷态试验,得出风室压力、系统流量与鼓风机频率的关系,确定锅炉流化状态与鼓风机频率的关系。鼓风机是影响风室压力和系统流量的关键设备,引风机的影响很小。填料状态下风室压力、系统流量均与鼓风机频率成线性关系,最佳的流化状态对应的鼓风机频率为28 Hz。提出系统的整体冷态联调步骤。For a circulating fluidized bed boiler which has been built and not put into operation for bio- mass pyrolysis, cold state test under the condition of the filler of 300 mm is carried out, the relationships between the pressure of air chamber/the flow rate and the frequency of blower are obtained, and the relationship between the frequency of blower and the fluidized state of boiler is determined. The blower is the key equipment that affects the pressure of air chamber and the system flow rate, and the influence of the induced-draft fan is very small. The relationships between the pressure of air chamber/the system flow rate and the frequency of blower are linear under packing condition, and the frequency of blower corresponding to the optimal fluidized state is 28 Hz. The procedures for joint debugging of the overall system at the cold state are proposed.
