护航舰艇官兵应对方式与社会支持的研究

摘　　要：目的调查护航舰艇官兵应对方式和社会支持需求的现状并探讨其相关性。方法采用应对方式问卷、社会支持量表对467名护航舰艇官兵进行测评。结果护航舰艇官兵应对方式各因子分与军人常模相比有明显差异,军官、高学历者护航舰艇官兵易采取积极的应对方式,战士、低学历者、已婚者和未参加过护航的舰艇官兵易采取消极的应对方式,护航舰艇官兵社会支持总分、客观支持和支持利用度高于军人常模,主观支持低于军人常模,社会支持总分、主观支持和支持利用度与解决问题和求助正相关有统计学意义,社会支持总分、客观支持、支持利用度与自责、退避和合理化负相关有统计学意义。结论护航舰艇官兵多采取积极的应对方式,社会支持良好,应对方式与社会支持密切相关。Objective To study the status of coping style and social support among escort officers and men and probe into their correlation. Methods Coping Style Questionnaire and Perceived Social Support Scale were adopted for psychological assessment of 467 escort officers and men. Results Coping style various factors of escort officers and men showed obvious difference from military norm, among which escort officers and soldiers in officers and with high education took quite active coping styles, while the soldiers, with low education, in marriage and without escort experience were likely to take negative coping styles.Social support total score, objective support and support utilization degree of escort officers and soldiers were higher than military norm, while subjective support was lower than military norm.Social support total score, subjective support and support utilization degree were in positive correlation with problem solution and help with statistical significance.Social support total score,objective support and support utilization degree were in negative correlation with self-accusation,retreat and rationalization with statistical significance. Conclusion Escort officers and men mostly take more positive coping styles, with good social support, and coping styles and social support are closely related.
