疗养院健康管理工作中的伦理问题浅析

摘　　要：新常态下,健康管理工作已成为各疗养院疗养服务活动的重要内容,随着疗养院健康管理中心软、硬件建设的不断加强和完善,健康管理工作面向社会服务、面向各类人群服务,社会效益和经济效益日益明显。但在健康管理实践过程中,与健康管理密切相关的伦理问题,还有不清晰、不全面、不规范的情况,应引起健康管理人员的高度重视。本文从伦理学的角度,探讨分析了健康管理工作的伦理特点、伦理关系和伦理要求,以期对疗养院健康管理工作起到一定的指导作用。Under the new normal, health management has become the important content of the rehabilitation service activities at sanatorium.With the increasing enhancement and improvement of software and hardware construction at health management center of sanatorium, health management is open to community service and all kinds of people,achieving increasingly obvious social effects and economic returns.But during health management practice, the closely related ethical issues show the status of being unclear, un-comprehensive, and nonstandard, which deserves high attention from the health management personnel.The paper discusses and analyzes the ethic characteristics,ethic relations,and ethic demands from the perspective of ethics,in order to provide guiding reference for health management work at sanatorium.
