摘　　要：目的:分析抗乙肝药物恩替卡韦重要中间体的合成工艺。方法:以(IS 2R)-2-([苯甲氧基)甲基]-3-环戊烯-1-醇为起始原料,并经过环氧化、环氧开环、定向加成、氧化、保护羟基和两步脱保护基氧化合成为中间体。结果:产物结果经氢谱测试确证。结论:此合成工艺相对简单,易于大量生产,具有较高的收率。Objective：Tp analyze drug entecavir Anti hepatitis B important intermediates in the synthesis process.Methods：（IS 2r）-2-[（phenyl methoxy） methyl] pentene 1-3-ring-alcohol as the starting material,and after epoxidation,epoxy ring opening,directional addition,oxidation,hydroxyl and two step off protect oxidation synthesis of intermediates.Results：product results were confirmed by h NMR tests.Conclusion：this synthetic process is relatively simple,easy to mass production,and has higher yield.
