摘　　要：近年来,以电子商务为主要特征的互联网经济蓬勃发展,农村电子商务发展方兴未艾。目前,正是进入农村电子商务市场的黄金时期。文章在介绍国内外农村电子商务发展背景下,对江苏农村电子商务发展的现状作了分析和对策研究,以引导和推动江苏农村电子商务的长效发展。In recent years, Chinese Internet economy is booming with the electronic commerce. At the same time, the development of rural electronic commerce is in the ascendant. Currently, people are entering the golden age of rural electronic commerce market. Taking the introduction of the rural electronic commerce development at home and abroad as the background, this paper makes some analysis and comes out of countermeasures of rural electronic commerce development in Jiangsu in order to guide and promote the development of electronic commerce in rural areas of Jiangsu.
