摘　　要：中药药代动力学是研究中药在人体内吸收、分布、代谢、排泄及药代动力学特征。对中药药动学的研究,一方面可以指导中药临床合理应用、减少不良反应以及评估中药效应-风险比;另一方面还有助于建立药理效应-活性成分/群的关联性,揭示中药及复方功效的物质基础。因此,中药药动学研究是中药迈向国际化的不可缺少的步骤。与西药不同,中药是一类复杂化学成分的集合体,因此中药的疗效不是由单一成分通过单一机制产生的,而是由一系列活性成分产生的整合效应。因此,文章认为中药药动学必须尽可能阐明所有进入体内的中药的化学成分以及它们在体内的处置过程(吸收、分布、代谢和排泄),其目的就是为了搭建复杂中药化学成分与临床整合效应之间的桥梁,揭示长期困扰人们的中药作用机制黑箱。The pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is the study of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and pharmacokinetic characteristics in the human body. Study on pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine, on the one hand, can guide Chinese medicine clinical reasonable application, reduce adverse reactions and evaluate effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）-risk; On the other hand it also helps to establish a pharmacological effect-active ingredient or group of relevance, reveal the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and the effect of compound material basis. Therefore, pharmacokinetics study of traditional Chinese medicine is significant and indispensable for Chinese traditional medicine stepping towards internationalization. Unlike western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is a kind of complex chemical composition of the collection, so the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is not produced by a single component through a single mechanism, but by a series of active ingredients to produce integrated effect. Therefore,we must as far as possible to clarify all into the body of the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and their disposal in the body（absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion）. Our aim is to build a bridge between complex clinical consolidation effect and chemical composition of Chinese medicine.
