优质护理服务在高血压Ⅱ级患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察优质护理服务在高血压Ⅱ级患者中的应用效果。方法:将高血压Ⅱ级患者96例随机分为观察组和对照组,2组均接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理服务。观察2组患者遵医行为、治疗前后血压变化情况以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者遵医行为、治疗护理前后血压差值以及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可提高高血压患者的临床疗效,对预防和控制高血压疾病意义深刻。Objective： To observe the effects of high quality nursing service applied to the patients with hypertension of level Ⅱ. Methods： All 96 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, both groups received routine treatment and care, the observation group accepted high quality nursing service. Compliance behavior, the changes of blood pressure and satisfaction degrees of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results： The observation group was higher than the control group in compliance behavior, D-values of blood pressure before and after treating and satisfaction degrees obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing service could obviously raise therapeutic effects of the patients with hypertension, which presents the deep meaning to prevent and control high blood pressure.
