中医护理在手术室护理工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理在手术室护理中的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将手术患者200例分为2组,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施中医护理,对比2组护理效果。结果:研究组患者的护理满意率,优于对照组,术后疼痛VAS评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术后焦虑、抑郁评分均降低(P<0.05),研究组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室实施中医护理效果良好。Objective： To explore the effects of TCM nursing applied to the care of the operating room. Methods： All 200 patients in the operating room were allocated to two groups according to random numble table method, the control group received routine care and the experiment group TCM care, and nursing effects were compared between both groups. Results： The experiment group was superior to the control group in the patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree, lower than the control groups in postoperative pain VAS scales and the incidence of the complications, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; SDS and SAS in both groups decreased after the operation （P〈 0.05）, the decrease of the experiment group was more significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM care implemented in the operating room is effective.
