摘  要:目的 :探讨心电编辑技术在128层CT回顾性心电门控冠状动脉血管成像图像后处理中的作用。方法 :选取行128层CT冠状动脉血管成像时心电门控记录的心电信号出现异常的50例患者使用心电编辑技术前后的后处理图像,并进行对照。结果:右冠状动脉、左主干、左前降支使用心电编辑技术后图像质量Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级所占比高于编辑前,Ⅲ级所占比低于编辑前,χ2分别为6.36、6.73、6.14,P值分别为0.042、0.034、0.046,差异均有统计学意义;而左回旋支编辑前后差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.93,P=0.085),并不具备可比性。结论:心电编辑技术能明显提高128层CT回顾性心电门控冠状动脉血管成像的后处理图像质量,提高检查成功率。Objective:To investigate the role of ECG editing techniques in the 128-slice CT retrospective ECG-gated coronary angiography image processing. Methods:The reconstructed image of 50 patients who had abnormal ECG-gated recorded signals while taking 128-slice CT coronary angiography were compared before and after ECG editing techniques. Results:The proportion of Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade was higher in the right coronary artery,left main,left anterior descending artery after editing techniques using ECG,while the edited Ⅲ grade composition ratio was lower than before,χ2 were 6.36,6.73,6.14,P values were0.042,0.034,0.046,P values were less than 0.05 and were significantly different; while the result of the left circumflex artery had no significant difference(χ2=4.93,P=0.085 〉0.05). Conclusion:ECG editing techniques can significantly improve the 128-slice CT retrospective ECG-gated coronary angiography processed image quality and increase the success rate of inspection.
