摘 要:研发了一套应用于弧焊过程的电弧参数监测系统。该系统选用霍尔电压传感器和霍尔电流传感器分别采集电弧电压和焊接电流;设计电弧电压和焊接电流的信号调理电路以及以单片机(PIC16F883)为核心的数据采集电路;经串行发送串口RS-232向上位机发送数据。此外,为了避免TIG焊机引弧时高频高压对数据采集电路的影响,通过接触器触点的通断实现物理隔离,进而保护电弧参数监测系统。试验表明,系统的实时性较好,抗干扰能力强,可满足实际焊接生产中长时间、不间断地实时采集与监测焊接电弧参数的需要。In this project, monitoring system of arc welding arc parameters is introduced. The system is composed of current Hall sensor to collect welding current,voltage Hall sensor to collect voltage,signal conditioning circuit,PIC16F883 and peripheral circuit,RS-232 to transmit the data to PC. In order to avoid the damage to data acquisition board by high-frequency TIG welding arc,physical isolation is realized by the contactor which connects the voltage signal and the system. Tests show that the system has good device real-time capability and is able to make acquisition circuit to avoid high frequency high voltage arc interference,the system can fully satisfy the need for continuously monitoring the weld signature(current and voltage) of the welding process on line.
