维吾尔药安神益智合剂抗疲劳作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究安神益智合剂抗疲劳作用研究。方法:50只ICR小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组(诺迪康胶囊0.28g/kg/day),安神益智合剂低、中、高剂量组(1.5,3.0,6.0g/kg/day),每组10只。连续给药14d后,测定小鼠负重游泳时间,并测定小鼠血乳酸(LAC)、血清尿素氮(BUN)含量、肝糖原(LG)含量。结果:1与空白对照组相比,安神益智合剂低剂量组可显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05);2与空白对照组相比,安神益智合剂中剂量显著增加小鼠体内肝糖原,降低血乳酸的含量(P<0.05),但对血尿素氮没有显著的降低作用(P>0.05)。结论:安神益智合剂可以有效延缓疲劳的产生、提高机体组织对疲劳的耐受力。Objective： To study the anti- fatigue effect of An Shen Yi Zhi compound. Methods： fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups ： The blank control group、positive control group（ Nuo Di Kang capsule 0. 28 g /Kg / day） and low,middle,high dose group（ 1. 5,3. 0,6. 0g / Kg / day）,10 cases each group. the weight- loaded swimming experiment was performed 14 days later. the time of weight- loaded swimming of mice was recorded and detected the serum lactic acid（ LAC）,urea nitrogen（ BUN） and hepatic glycogen（ LG） level. result： ①compared with control group,the low dose group was significantly increased the weight- loaded swimming time of mice（ P〈0. 05） .②compared with control group,the middle dose group obviously increased hepatic glycogen（ LG） content,reduce serum lactic acid（ LAC）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： An Shen Yi Zhi compound can be effective in delaying fatigue and improve tissue on fatigue resistance.
