摘 要:某电厂600 MW亚临界W火焰锅炉投运以来出现了锅炉过热器减温水量大于设计值、再热器汽温低于设计值、排烟温度偏高等问题。通过分析,发现锅炉的结构特点以及运行煤质的变化共同导致了这些热力性能问题,通过热力性能校核计算评估了相关受热面的改造方案。受热面改造后,在满足可靠性的基础上提高了机组运行的经济性。Some problems occurred during the operation of a certain 600 MW subcritical W-flame boiler,such as the higher attemperating water volume of boiler superheater, lower steam temperature of reheater and overtemperature of exhaust gas,etc.,which were compared with the design values. Through analyzing,it was discovered that main reasons of the problems are the structure characteristics of the boiler and the variation of coal quality. In addition,the heating surface transformation scheme was confirmed and evaluated by thermal performance checking calculation. After the transformation,the operation economy of the unit was improved on the basis of reliability.
