炭素生产中输送沥青等高粘度物料的伴热方式研究

摘  要:炭素生产的主要液体原料煤沥青及辅助原料燃料重油均为高粘度物料,为了保证沥青和重油的流动性,常采用伴管、套管加热方式对沥青或重油管路进行加热,以降低物料粘度。本文通过对伴管加热、套管加热和伴管加导热胶泥加热沥青或重油管路传热性能的对比研究,得出采用导热胶泥加伴管的加热方式可降低加热介质的温度,进而达到节能降耗的目的,还可以降低施工难度及后期维修维护难度。In carbon production, coal pitch and heavy oil used as the main and the auxiliary raw material are all high viscosity material. In order to guaran-tee the liquidity of pitch and heavy oil at low viscosity temperature, tracing and casing pipes are used to heat pitch and heavy oil pipeline. After the com-parative study on heat transfer performance of pitch and heavy oil using tracing pipe, casing pipe and tracing pipe with heat transfer cement, it is conclu-ded that the temperature of heat medium can be reduced by using tracing pipe with heat transfer cement in this paper, which can saving energy and reducethe difficulties of construction and follow - up maintenance.
