摘 要:采用酸消解,对内外墙涂料中的颜填料进行前处理,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定内外墙涂料中钛、钙、锌、镁和硅的方法。探讨了在制样及测试过程中的影响因素、方法的检出限和方法的精密度,实验证明精密度(RSD,n=10)小于5%,方法准确度高,方法能满足内外墙涂料快速检测的要求。The pigments and fillers in interior and exterior wall coatings were digested by acid digestion, and a method for the determination of Ti, Ca, Zn, Mg and Si in interior and exterior wall coatings by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was developed. Experimental parameters, such as the detection limits, the influencing factors in sample preparation and testing process and the precisions, were discussed in this paper. The results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD,n=10) was less than 5%. The proposed method has high accuracy , and it is suitable for the requirement of rapid detection of Ti,Ca,Zn,Mg and Si in interior and exterior wall coatings.
