摘　　要：以PC机作为上位机,组态王软件作为上位机软件,三菱PLC作为下位机,组成一套以混合液体搅拌装置为被控对象的三菱PLC控制管理系统。通过对搅拌装置的工作过程分析、PLC选项、I/O分配及PLC接线等环节完成系统硬件设计;软件采用梯形图编写并通过逻辑在线监控以保证系统的可靠运行,实现在PC机上启动、停止、在线监控混合液体搅拌装置的运行状态等功能,达到PC机与PLC的实时交互。系统画面直观,能够模拟真实的控制现场且操控方便,为实际应用提供了可靠保障。This paper took the PC computer as the upper computer, King View software as the upper computer software and Mitsubishi PLC as the lower computer to form a set of Mitsubishi PLC control and management system by taking the liquid mixing device as the controlled object. The system hardware design can be completed through work- ing process analysis, PLC option, I/O distribution and PLC wiring; the software is compiled by ladder diagram to a- chieve the logic online monitoring, guarantee the system＇ s reliable and stable operation, realize the functions of start- up, stop, online monitor operating condition etc on the PC computer and reach the real-time interaction between the PC computer and PLC. This design system owns direct-viewing image, which can stimulate the real control field with easy control and provide reliable guarantee for its practical application.
