摘　　要：目的:对亚贡叶化学成分进行分析研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,ODS与凝胶柱色谱以及半制备柱色谱对亚贡叶乙醇提取物进行分离和纯化。结果:分离得到4个单体化合物,经谱学数据鉴定为亚油酸甲酯((9E,12E)-methyl octadeca-9,12-dienoate,1),亚贡二萜酸A(Smaditerpenic acid A,2),亚贡二萜酸C(Smaditerpenic acid C,3)和Kaurenoic acid(4)。结论:化合物1为首次从亚贡叶中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of yacon leaves.Methods：Silica gel column,ODS and Sephadex column chromatography and semi manufactured by high performance liquid chromatography was used to separate and purify the ethanol extract of yacon leaves.Results：four compounds were obtained and identified as（9E,12E）-methyl octadeca-9,12-dienoate（1）,smaditerpenic acid A（2）,smaditerpenic acid C（3）and kaurenoic acid（4）.Conclusion：Compounds 1was isolated from yacon leaves for the first time.
