摘　　要：目的:测定不同发育时期白芷药材的水分、灰分、浸出物含量等质量评价参数,为白芷药材的质量控制提供实验依据。方法:按《中国药典》2015版一部附录IX H中水分测定法中的第二法、附录IX K灰分测定法和附录X A浸出物测定法测定。结果:白芷药材含水量不超过14.0%;总灰分不超过6.0%;醇溶性浸出物中的热醇法结果不少于15.0%。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,为建立白芷药材质量标准提供了依据。Objective：It was studied on the determination of moisture and ashes and extracts from Angelica dahurica（Fisch.ex Hoffm.）Benth.et Hook.F.for establishing of quality standards.Methods：Samples were determined according to the procedures recorded in the Append IX H,IX K and XA of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in2015,for the determination of moisture,ashes and extracts respectively.Results：the moisture in Herba Angelica dahurica was less than 14.0%.And the total-ashe content with in6.0%.And the ethanol extract with hot soak was higher no less than 15.0%.Conclusion：The method has the advantages of simple,accurate and good repeatability.
