锦州市2013-2014年艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群的社会人口学特征和艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染情况。方法对2013-2014年到锦州市疾控中心性病艾滋病防治科进行HIV自愿咨询者的基本信息和检测结果进行统计分析。结果共有1 799人进行咨询检测,求询者中年龄最小16岁,最大67岁,平均年龄(27.32±7.93)岁,以青壮年为主;求询原因以不安全性行为为主,以商业异性性行为史最多;85例确诊为阳性,HIV阳性检出率为4.72%;男女检出率比为11.14∶1;81人有高危行为史,其中男男性行为感染57例,占67.06%;求询者HIV抗体阳性率在性别、年龄和高危行为等方面存在统计学意义差异(P<0.05),而文化程度、婚姻状况无统计学意义差异(P>0.05)。结论在疾控机构进行艾滋病自愿咨询检测,能及早发现HIV携带者及艾滋病患者,并给予适当的心理支持,对HIV传播途径进行有效干预,预防HIV的传播。Objective To investigate the socio-demographic characteristics and infection of monitoring HIV voluntary counseling and testing. Methods Related data of volunteers who accepted HIV voluntary counseling and testing were analyzed from clinic of Jinzhou Minicipal CDC from 2013 to 2014. Results The total of 1 799 people were counseled and tested, the youngest was 16 years old, maximum was 67 years old, mean age were（27.32 ± 7.93） years old with young people-oriented. The reason of consulting was given priority to unsafe sexual behavior with the highest commercial history of heterosexual sex. 85 cases were diagnosed as positive with 4.72% of positive detection rate. The detection rate of male and female ratio was 11.14 ∶1.81, and cases had high-risk behavior with 57 cases of men having sex with men（MSM）accounting for 67.06%. For the inquiring person, HIV antibody positive rate in terms of gender, age, high-risk behavior exist significant difference（P〈0.05）, but education level, marital status are not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion HIV voluntary counseling testing in of CDC is important to detect HIV infection early and prevent the spread of the second generation effectively, giving patients psychological support and medical care.
