高校辅导员与少数民族学生良性互动影响因素分析

摘  要:少数民族大学生是少数民族地区发展、稳定的重要储备力量,他们的成长、成才对国家具有重要意义。辅导员作为少数民族学生的人生导师和知心朋友,与学生良好的互动可以促进少数民族学生的健康发展。学校教育既要考虑到国家教育的整合功能,进行普适性知识的传播,又要考虑到当地特殊的社会和人文生态环境,注重地方性知识的传递。辅导员在开展少数民族学生工作时,要努力学习民族学相关专业知识,尽量满足不同地区、不同文化背景、不同族群学生的需要,实现辅导员和少数民族学生之间的良性互动。本文依据教育人类学的相关理论和方法,从制度、观念、情感和文化四个层面着手,分析了辅导员和少数民族学生良性互动的影响因素。Minority college students are an important reserve force of the development and stabilization of the ethnic minority areas. Their growth is of great significance to the country. Being mentors and friends,counselors can promote their healthy development by well interacting with them. School education should not only consider the integration function of the national education and the spread of universal knowledge, but also take into account the local special social, cultural environment, and the transfer of local knowledge.When carrying out the work, counselors must study the related professional knowledge of Ethnology, to meet the needs of different regions, cultural backgrounds, and ethnic students. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the positive interaction from four levels such as the system, concept, emotion and culture according to the related theories and methods.
