摘  要:目的:优化补肾活血胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以加水倍量、煎煮时间为主要因素,以淫羊藿苷、丹酚酸B含量和干浸膏得率的归一化值为综合评价指标,采用星点设计-响应面法优化提取工艺,并进行验证试验。结果:最优提取工艺为药材加15倍量的水,回流提取75 min,提取2次。验证试验实测值与预测值的偏差为0.000 3%。结论:星点设计-响应面法可用于优化补肾活血胶囊的提取工艺,预测性好;所得工艺方法简便、稳定。OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Bushen huoxue capsules.METHODS:Central composite design-response surface method was used to optimize the extraction technology with the amount of water and boiling time as main factors using normalized value of the contents of icariin and salvianolic acid B,the yield of dry extract as index.Validation test was also conducted.RESULTS:The optimal extraction technology was as follows as 15-fold water,reflux extracting for 75 min,extracting for 2 times.The deviation of measured value and predicted value was 0.000 3% in validation test.CONCLUSIONS:The central composite design-response surface method can be used to optimize the extraction technology of Bushen huoxue capsules with good prediction,and the technology is simple and stable.
