基于SMART原则的高校图书馆战略规划探析

摘　　要：SMART原则是目标管理理论中的黄金准则。以smart原则为基础,结合高校图书馆自身特点来制定高校图书馆的战略规划具有理论和实践价值。文章从SMART原则出发,分析了高校图书馆战略规划制定的原则和步骤,探索性地提出了以S,M,A,R,T,E,R为代表的7个高校图书馆战略规划制定要点。SMART principle is the golden rule in the theory of management by objectives.Based on the SMART principle and combined with the characteristics of university library,developing strategic planning of university library has the theoretical and practical value.This paper analyzed the principle and process of strategic planning,and put forward seven key points represented by S.M,A,R,T,E,R based on the smart principle in university library＇ s strategic planning.
