摘  要:以规范1000kV变电站初步设计文件为基本目标,对Q/GDW 11216—2014《国家电网公司1000kV变电站初步设计内容深度规定》从总的要求、主要技术原则等方面进行解读。在总的要求方面,对标准化成果的应用,新技术、新设备、新材料、新工艺的应用,以及提高变电站设计使用寿命等初步设计内容深度规定进行解读;在主要技术原则方面,对电力系统、电气主接线选择、电气设备选择、系统继电保护及安全自动装置、系统调度自动化、系统及站内通信、站区总布置与交通运输、建筑、结构、采暖、环境保护等初步设计内容深度规定进行解读。初步设计内容深度规定对指导特高压后续工程设计、规范设计文件、提高变电站建设质量和水平、合理控制造价提供重要支撑,深度规定解读便于设计、咨询等相关单位更好理解和应用深度规定。With the goal of standardizing preliminary design of 1 000 k V substation, a detailed reading about the general technical requirement and the main technical principles of code Q/GDW 11216—2014 is given. In general technical requirement aspect, the reading includes the application of standardized results, new technology, new equipment, new material, new craft and the improvement of the service life of the substation design, etc. In main technical principles aspect, the reading includes power system requirements, main electrical wiring selection, electrical equipment selection, the relaying protection and security automatic equipment, dispatching automation, communication network, station general layout and transportation, construction, structure, heating and environmental protection, etc. The code of content profundity for preliminary design for 1 000 k V substation provides an important support in guiding the engineering design of ultra high voltage project(UHV), specification design of documents, improving substation construction quality and reasonable cost control. The reading of the content profundity for preliminary design can provide convenience for design, consulting and other related institutions to better understand and apply the design principles.
