摘  要:在分析确定风巷煤层卸压区范围基础上,采用通孔开闭钻头、埋管固定和囊袋式带压封孔器等钻具组合,实现了25m封孔深度、10m带压注浆段的钻杆内下埋管带压封孔工艺研究与应用,大幅提升了钻孔密封效果,巷道支管CO监测值由45~135ppm降到了20ppm以内,CH4监测值由原来的6%~9%提升至22%~37%,消除了平煤股份八矿戊9.10-21050工作面风巷下行顺层预抽钻孔自燃隐患,同时提高了瓦斯抽采效率。Based on the analysis and confirm the range of airway coal distressed zone,combine the through-hole opening and closing bits,pipe laying and fixing,capsule bag pressurized hole packer and other drilling tools,it achieves the research and application on 25 meters hole sealing depth and 10 meters pressurized grouting period under drilling pipes pressurized cementation technology with casing and greatly increases the bore hole sealing effect.CO testing data of roadway branch has fallen from 45 ~ 135 PPM to 20 PPM below,CH4 testing data has increased from 6 %~ 9% to 22 %~ 37%.It eliminates the hidden danger of airway downward bedding pre-drainage spontaneous combustion in Wu 9.10-21050 working face of No.8 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industy Co.,Lit,,at the same time it improves the efficiency of gas extraction.
