摘 要:开合式球形四轴遥控飞机的轴部设计是整个着落架设计的核心,其承重和柔韧度要求较高,飞机的轴部加工是整个机械加工的难点。通过对飞机轴部的应力流场分析,提高加工精度。传统的CAD三轴加工工艺无法满足飞机轴部精加工的强度和韧带需求,在应力流场分析的基础上,提出一种基于四轴遥控飞机轴部内部流场网格分解和曲率修正的精加工方法。进行了开合式球形四轴遥控飞机轴部系统结构设计和应力分析,采用多块化有限元网格分解方法实现对飞机轴部精加工的流场模拟和拓扑分析,优化加工工艺流程,实验结果表明,采用该方法进行开合式球形四轴遥控飞机轴部精加工流场分析,能有效模拟开合式球形四轴遥控飞机轴部流场结构,实现加工过程的曲率修正,为轴部精加工提供指导,提高了飞机四轴的硬度和韧度,改善了加工工艺,在工程实践中具有应用价值。Opening and closing type spherical four axis controlled aircraft shaft design is the core of the landing gear design,Whose loading and flexibility requirements are higher,the aircraft axis machining is the difficulty of the machining.Through the analysis of the stress field of the plane axis,the machining precision is improved.The traditional CAD three axis machining process cannot meet the needs of the plane's precision machining.In the stress flow field analysis,aprecision machining method based on the internal flow field of the four axis remote control plane is presented.The opening and closing type spherical four axis remote control airplane axis system structure design and stress analysis,using multi block finite element mesh decomposition method of plane axis machining flow field simulation and topology analysis,process optimization.Experimental results show that using the method for opening and closing type spherical four axis remote control airplane axis precision machining flow field analysis can effectively simulate the opening and closing type spherical four axis remote control airplane axis flow structure,realize process of curvature correction,provide guidance for axis finishing,improve the plane four axis of hardness and toughness,improve processing techniques,and have application value in the engineering practice.
