摘　　要：针对安钢1550 mm冷连轧测厚仪及测速仪存在的信号不稳定、安全模块频繁报警、测量能力范围小的问题,提出优化措施,保障了设备稳定和生产效率提高。In view of the problems existed in the thickness gauge and measuring instrument of 1550 mm cold rolling mill in Anyang Steel including the instability of the signal,frequent alarm of the security module,small measurement capability,optimization measures are put forward to ensure the stability of equipment and improvement of production efficiency.
