一带多变频系统在给水泵类中的节能应用

摘  要:当今社会是一个节能型社会,节能降耗可以大幅度降低企业的生产成本,提高其自身的产品竞争能力。一带多系统具有调速范围宽、传动效率高、节电显著、投资回收期短等优点,能较好地解决变频器利用率低、传统控制方式能耗大等问题。详细阐述了一带多系统在给水泵中的节能运用,通过解析系统硬件构成及软件编程将本系统的智能切换特点呈现出来,希望能够抛砖引玉让更多节能方法应用到实际中。Today's society is an energy- saving society,the energy saving can greatly reduce the production cost of enterprises,improve their competitive ability of product. The multi- split system has wide speed range,high transmission efficiency,saving significant advantages,short payback period,which can better solve the problems such as low utilization rate of the frequency and high consumption of the traditional control method. In this paper,the energy saving application of multi- split system in water supply pump is described in detail,by analyzing the system hardware structure and software programming,the intelligent switching features of the system are presented,hope to attract more energy- saving method into practice.
