摘 要:以阳离子交换树脂和硫酸镍为原料,经离子交换和碳化制得催化剂载体——磁性碳微球.又以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备介孔SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2固体超强酸,并将其负载到磁性碳微球上,制得催化剂.利用X射线衍射、红外光谱等技术考察了催化剂的结构特征和表面酸性,并以乙酸丁酯为探针考查了催化剂的催化酯化性能.结果表明,磁性碳球负载SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2固体酸催化剂,保持了完好的锐钛矿晶型、较强的酸性和热稳定性;当焙烧温度为550℃时,硫酸浸渍液浓度为1.0 mol/L时,乙酸的转化率最高.The cation exchange resin and nickel sulfate acted as raw material,the catalyst carrier of carbon magnetic microspheres were prepared by ion exchanged and carbonized method.Moreover,the tetrabutyl titanate as raw material,the catalyst of magnetic carbon microspheres loading mesoporous SO4^2-/TiO2 solid super acid was obtained by sol-gel method.The structural features and surface acidity of catalyst were studied by XRD and IR,and the performance of catalyst was examined by catalytic esterification with butyl acetate.The results show that these samples have anatase structure,strong acidity and thermal stability. In the conditions of the calcination temperature 550 ℃,sulfuric acid concentration of impregnating solution 1.0 mol/L,the conversion rate of acetic acid is the highest.
