摘　　要：伊斯兰马格里布基地组织是阿尔及利亚国内宗教与世俗权力斗争、经济发展困境与贫富分化等问题的产物。国际局势的变动则为其提供了重要的外部契机。经过从伊斯兰武装集团、萨拉菲宣教与战斗组织到伊斯兰马格里布基地组织的发展嬗变,该组织致力于阿尔及利亚的国内圣战乃至全球圣战;组织体系在独立发展与获取外部资源、集权与自治间平衡;人员来源在以阿尔及利亚人为主体的基础上,力图实现本土化用人策略;行动则兼具政治与经济目的。伊斯兰马格里布基地组织的活动造成了巨大的人员伤亡与财产损失,严重冲击了其所在区域的地缘政治、地缘经济与地缘文化,且这种负面影响呈扩大化趋势。The establishment of A1 - Qaeda in the Islamic M has deep relation with the power struggle people, the economic development dilemma between the religious and the huge income aghreb （AQIM） and the secular gap between the rich and the poor in Algeria, and the change of international situation. From Groupe Islamique Arm6 （ GIA）, Groupe Salafiste pour la Pr6dication et le Combat （GSPC） to AQIM, it devotes itself to the jihad in and out of Algeria. It also tries to find a balance between the independence and dependence on external resources, the centralization and decentralization of power inside the organization. AQIM remains mainly as an Algerian - led terrorist organization, but tries to conscript locally. The goal of its actions become mixed with both political and economic purpose. The activities of AQIM bring huge casualties and property losses to Western and Northern Africa. It influences the geopolitics, geo - economy and geo - culture of these areas, and its negative impacts will expand.
