《医学汇函》引用《古今医鉴》版本考

摘　　要：《医学汇函》十三卷,另有卷首及序录一卷,聂尚恒编撰,是明代重要临证古籍汇编,成书于明崇祯戊辰年(1628),跃剑山房本为其首刻本。书中部分内容取自《古今医鉴》。《古今医鉴》八卷,初刊于明万历四年丙子(1576),由金陵书林周曰校刻印,名《新刊古今医鉴》。明万历五年丁丑(1577)由姑苏沈文台重参校正刊刻,名《新刊古今医鉴》八卷,为第2次刻本。明万历年间金陵周四达《重刻古今医鉴》八卷本,当为第3次刻本。明万历十七年己丑(1589),由叶华生刻印的《古今医鉴》书名改为《王宇泰先生订补古今医鉴》,并将原八卷本简单分拆为十六卷,另外增加了"燥证"一条。本书为目前通行本之底本。从《医学汇函》与《古今医鉴》两书所载病证分析,《医学汇函》来自八卷本《古今医鉴》,可以用来改正通行本的错误,具有重要的版本价值。The ancient Chinese medical book Yi Xue Hui Han which has 13 volumes with one volume of preface and synopsis,was compiled by Nie Shang-heng. It was an important clinical collection in Ming Dynasty,and published in1628,and Yue jian shan room version was its first version. Part of the book was taken from ancient and modern medical guide which has eight volumes and was first issued in the early Ming Wanli four years（ 1576）,calibrated and engraved by Jin Ling ZHOU si-da,named as the new ancient and modern medical guide. And Gusu SHEN Wen-tai made heavy reference in 1577,also name as the new ancient and modern medical guide,8 volumes,as the second carving copy. Jinling ZHOU Shi-da in Ming wanli period made re-engraved ancient and modern medical guide,eight volumes,as the third carving copy.In Ming wanli seventeen years（ 1589）,＂ancient and modern medical guide＂carved by YE Hua-sheng,the title is changed to ＂Mr WANG Yutai revise ancient and modern medical guide＂,and the original eight volumes were split for sixteen volumes,also added an article of dryness syndrome,and this copy is the master copy of current version. Analysing the diseases recorded in the two books,Yi Xue Hui Han came from eight volumes of ancient and modern medical guide,which can be used to correct errors in the current version,and has the important value of version.
