张锡纯妇产科用药特点初探

摘　　要：张锡纯为近代著名医家,著有《医学衷中参西录》。他对各科疾病的诊治均有其独有的学术思想,并以此指导用药。其治疗妇产科疾病的学术思想是重视调治冲脉,善补脾肾及气血;在用药方面则不拘泥前人之说,不惧世人之偏见,不畏峻猛之药大胆应用,且组方遣药轻重缓急得当,屡见奇效,后人皆为盛赞。故对张锡纯在诊疗妇产科疾病方面的学术思想及用药特点进行初步探讨,以期与同道共勉。ZHANG Xi-chun is a famous modern doctor,compiling the book ＂Yi Xue Zhang Zhong Can Xi Lu＂.ZHANG who is good at inheriting and innovation simultaneously,is skillful in a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,pays attention to clinical practice and has unique academic ideas of the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases,which to guide medication. Academic ideas of Zhang in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases are the importance of modulating pulse and tonifying spleen,kidney,qi and blood. The use of medicine is not limited intne previous,do not fear the prejudice of people and the fierce medicine. The prescription is proper order of priority,so the effect is obvious and praised by descendants. The article will discuss preliminary academic ideas and medication characteristics of ZHANG in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases in order to share with fellow.
