中医音乐疗法治疗机制的理论探讨

摘　　要：音乐疗法作为一门符合现代身心医学治疗模式的新兴学科,在世界各地方兴未艾。"中国现代意义的音乐疗法起步较晚,临床实践和基础理论都有待完善。[1]"故通过查阅大量文献,总结并阐释了阴阳藏象、气机、五脏神3种应用于中医音乐治疗的理论,拟探寻中医音乐疗法治疗的理论机制,进一步完善中医音乐疗法。建议临床中将阴阳藏象作为治疗基础,气机调节作为治疗靶点,五脏神作为治疗总纲,针对病人病情灵活运用中医音乐疗法来更好地解决临床问题。As an emerging discipline in line with modern psychosomatic medicine,Music therapy is developing fast around the world. Modern sense of music therapy starts late in China,clinical practice and basic theory are yet to be perfect. ＂ Through extensive literature review,this paper explained three music therapy,including Yin-yang and viscerastate,functional activities of Qi and Wu Zang Shen,which is used in traditional Chinese medicine theory,in order to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine music therapy and improve Chinese medicine music therapy. It is recommended that in clinical music therapy Yin-yang should be treated as the foundation,and the adjustment of functional activities of Qi should be treated as therapeutic targets,and Wu Zang Shen should be treated as a general program,so that we can use music therapy flexibly to solve clinical problems better.
