参乌颗粒治疗遗忘型轻度认知损害患者随机双盲对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参乌颗粒对遗忘型轻度认知损害(mild cognitive impairment amnestic,a MCI)患者的临床疗效。方法:对各组试验药进行盲法要求包装,采用随机、双盲、阳性平行对照法共观察60例a MCI患者。治疗组30例服用参乌颗粒每次1包,每日3次,同时服脑复康片安慰剂每次0.8 g,每日3次;对照组30例服用脑复康片每次0.8 g,每日3次,同时服参乌颗粒安慰剂每次1包,每日3次,连续治疗2组总疗程均为3个月。于服药前、服药3个月后分别进行神经心理学量表评价和血脂检测分析。结果:治疗组总有效率76.7%,对照组总有效率36.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义;与对照组比较,治疗组用药后词语即刻回忆、简易精神状态检查的成绩显著提高,对患者血脂的改善作用与脑复康比较差异有统计学意义。结论:参乌颗粒治疗遗忘型轻度认知损害有较好的临床疗效,效果优于阳性对照药脑复康片。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of Shenwu granules in patients with mild cognitive impairmentamnestic（ a MCI）. Methods： The drugs were packed by blind method. A randomized,double-blind and controlled trial was conducted on sixty patients with a MCI. The sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 30）,orally Shenwu granules,and control group（ n = 30）,orally Piracetam table,for 90 days. All subjects＇ cognitive function and behavior ability were assessed by Memory,Blood lipids,including triglyceride（ TG）,total cholesterol（ TC）,low density lip oprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）,high density lip oprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C）,apolip oprotein A-1（ Apo A-1） and apolip oprotein B-100（ Apo B-100）. Detected before and after the treatment. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 76. 7%. While the total efficiency of control group was 36. 7%,the total efficiency of two groups had significant difference. Score of clinical memory scale in group- patients was significantly higher than a MCI patients before treatment,Shenwu granules can significantly improve the blood lipid,such as the level of TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,Apo A-1 and Apo B-100,which was better than aniracetam. Conclusion： Shenwu granules has better therapeutic effect than Piracetam table in mild cognitive impairment-amnestic.
