摘 要:速度滑冰和短道速滑作为体能类运动项目,运动员的机能状态、体能水平对训练水平的提高和优异运动成绩的获得具有决定性作用,因此,这两个项目的运动员在训练比赛后体能恢复问题就显得尤为重要。本文在相关内涵的基础上,通过陆地恢复性体能训练陆冰结合的着眼点与主要目标,对陆地恢复性体能训练进行理论厘清,旨在为我国速度滑冰、短道速滑项目教练员备战下一阶段的比赛与训练提供理论依据。Speed skating and Short- track speed skating as physical fitness sport event. The functional state and physical fitness level of athletes play a decisive role in improving training level and acquiring excellent sport performance. Therefore,the recovery of physical fitness after training and competition is an especially important problem for the athletes of these two events. This article through analyzing the characteristics of event to explore the land recoverability physical fitness training after athlete's fatigue having what's influence and degree on recovery of physical fitness of athletes of speed skating and short- track speed skating. Clarifying the theory of land recoverability physical fitness training to provide a theoretical basis for coaches of speed skating and short- track speed skating who prepare for the next stage of the competition and training.
