摘　　要：随着"智慧地球"的提出、"智慧城市"的发展,智慧社区正处在研究及试点中。文章针对社区信息化建设实际需求,结合社区发展的现状,总结"智慧社区"框架下的社会治理创新与信息化建设,提出一种面向智慧社区的系统模型,并对"智慧社区"的应用提出了展望。With the wisdom of the earth was put forward, the development of ＂smart city＂, the wisdom of the community is in research and pilot. The paper focused on the actual needs of the community informatization construction, combining with the status quo of the development of community, summary of ＂intelligence community＂ under the framework of social governance innovation and information construction, proposes a system model for the intelligence community. Through application of Hailing District integrated information service pilot areas to verify the community oriented architecture, as well as put forward the application of the intelligence community ＂.
