中药湿热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎46例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察以中药湿热敷方法为主导的治疗方案的疗效。方法入格病例46例。男性22例,女性24例,随机分组各23例。治疗采用双盲法进行,根据随机抽样表,治疗组用含中药棉垫,对照组用含温水棉垫。整个操作由专职操作人员完成,每天治疗一次,10次为一个疗程。随访阶段2次访视:于治疗开始的第1、第10日,询问并记录受试者的关节疼痛评分(疼痛视觉模拟评分,VAS)和膝关节功能评分(Lequesne指数)情况。结果含中药棉垫治疗组超导治疗后10天疗效评价为显效95.7%(22例),有效4.3%(1例),无效0%,有效率为100%。含温水棉垫治疗组超导治疗后10天疗效评价为显效17.4%(4例),有效43.5%(10例),无效39.1%,有效率为60.9%。整个实验过程中均未发现不良反应及并发症。药物治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中药湿热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,改善疼痛症状及体征方面优于传统温水棉垫,且安全性高。Objective To observe the treatment protocols which dominated by hot-wet compression with TCM in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by efficacy. Methods Qualified 46 cases（knee） included 22 male,24 female, random grouping all the 23 cases. Treatment with double-blind method, according to the random sampling table, the pads of treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group with warm water. The whole operation was completed by professional operators, treatment once a day, 10 times for a period of treatment. Follow-up period includes two visits, on the first day of the treatment and the tenth day, ask and record the patient＇s therapeutic effect by using visual analogue scale（VAS） and knee functional score（the Lequesne index scores）. Results 10 days later, the curative effect evaluation of the treatment group were markedly improved by 95.7%（22 cases）, effective 4.3%（1 case）, invalid 0%, effective rate was 100%. The control group was markedly improved by 17.4%（4 cases）, 43.5%（10 cases）, effective invalid 39.1%, effective rate was 60.9%. Now found no adverse reaction and complication. The differences was statically significant, the efficacy of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Moist heat on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis, improve the pain symptoms and signs is superior to the traditional heated pads, and high safety.
