摘  要:针对磁轴承运行中的机械振动故障,文中研究一套基于虚拟仪器(LabVIEW)的磁轴承振动监测及故障诊断系统,提供了系统的总体方案和实现的具体过程。将虚拟仪器技术与故障诊断技术相结合并应用于磁轴承的振动检测,在故障诊断中加入小波分析、HHT、基于峭度的概率密度算法、轴心轨迹法、信息融合算法等诊断方法并通过LabVIEW编程开发,使该系统可高效地实现对测量结果的实时显示、处理、存储,并能准确判断和分析故障。According to the mechanical vibration fault of magnetic bearing in operation,the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system of magnetic bearing based on virtual instrument technology was developed and the overall scheme of system and specific implementation process was provided. Combining virtual instrument technology with fault diagnosis technology,they were applied to the vibration test of magnetic bearing. The wavelet analysis,HHT,probability density algorithm based on kurtosis,axis locus method diagnosis method,and information fusion in fault diagnosis were added in this paper. Furthermore,all data processing are programmed based on Lab VIEW. Therefore,the system can efficiently realize real-time display,processing,storage and can judge and analyze the fault accurately.
