摘 要:为满足工业印铁涂层厚度高精度测量需求,基于激光测厚技术,结合机械伺服装置研制了一种非接触、高精度的印铁涂层湿膜厚度测量评估系统。设定激光双测头工作在线性度误差较小的中心范围内,采用激光双测头对印铁表面测量区域的湿膜厚度进行差分测量,根据这些测量值拟合整个金属薄板表面的涂层厚度情况。详细介绍了系统的硬件及软件设计,并对系统进行了精度实验。结果表明系统可以对印铁湿膜厚度进行检测,测量精度达±3.72μm,同时可快速拟合膜厚三维曲面图形,实现湿膜厚度均匀性评估。To meet industrial high precision measurement demanded on the thickness of printing iron coating,a non-contact and high precision measurement and assessment system of printing iron coating wet film thickness combined with mechanical servo device was developed based on laser thickness measurement technology. The double laser probe was set to work within the scope of small linearity error,and the wet film thickness differential measurement of printing iron surface area was achieved by double laser probes. The coating thickness case of the entire sheet metal was fitted according to these measurement values. The hardware and software design of the system were introduced in detail,and the experiments of system accuracy were done. The results show that wet film thickness can be measured by this system and the measurement accuracy is up to ± 3. 72 μm. At the same time the three-dimensional surface graphics of the film thickness can be fitted fast,and the assessment of uniformity of the wet film thickness can be realized.
