摘　　要：目的对比分析鞍钢职工10万人连续5年健康体检结果,探讨健康体检的重要性。方法对10万人连续5年每年按规定时间实施1次健康体检,体检项目包括肝、胆、胰、脾、双肾,妇科的子宫及卵巢,女性乳腺的超声,肺脏X线胸片,常规心电图,血尿便常规及生化五项化验等。结果连续5年检出13种常见疾病,由多至少依次为脂肪肝、子宫肌瘤、乳腺结节、肝囊肿、肾结石、肾囊肿、胆囊息肉、胆囊结石、肝血管瘤、卵巢囊肿、肺癌、肝癌、肾癌。结论定期健康体检非常重要。体检除了发现常见病和多发病外,可发现早期无临床症状的恶性肿瘤,便于早期治疗,为企业职工身体健康提供医疗保障。Objective To discuss the importance of physical examinations by a comparative analysis of 100 000 workers ＇ health results for five consecutive years in Anshan iron and steel group. Methods 100000 workers taked physical examinations regularly every year for five consecutive years,examination items include ultrasound examination of liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen,kidneys,gynecological uterus and ovary,female breast,chest X-ray of lungs,ECG,urinalysis and 5 biochemical tests. Results Thirteen kinds of common diseases were detected for 5 consecutive years,in the sequence of proportion those were fatty liver,uterine fibroids,breast nodules,hepatic cyst,kidney stones,renal cyst,gallbladder polyps,gallstones,hepatic hemangioma,ovarian cysts,lung cancer,liver cancer and kidney cancer. Conclusion Regular physical examination is very important,especially for the elderly population. Physical examinations can not only detect common diseases and frequently encountered diseases,but also early stage malignant tumors without clinical symptoms. It is benefit for early treatment and provide medical insurance for the staffs.
