摘 要:纯电动扒渣车的势能回收系统有很多种设计方案,方法的不同直接影响势能回收的效果,并且回收系统中各个关键元件的参数对回收效果也有着很大的影响。为了提高纯电动扒渣车动臂势能回收系统的回收效率,针对电动扒渣车的结构特点和特性,设计了一种纯电动扒渣车的动臂势能回收方案,并对其进行关键元件参数初步匹配计算;在此基础上基于遗传算法对匹配后的参数进行了优化;利用AMEsim与Matlab-simulink进行建模和联合仿真,结果表明回收方案可行,参数匹配效果良好。The pure electric slag skimming vehicle potential energy recovery system has many kinds of design scheme,the recovery efficiency directly changes with the different methods,and the parameters of every key element of the system also has a great influence on the recovery efficiency.In order to improve the recovery efficiency of energy recovery system of pure electric slag skimming vehicle,it designed a kind of pure electric slag skimming vehicle potential recovery scheme and proposed a method of parameters matching for this scheme;according to the characteristics of structure,it also optimized the parameters based on the genetic algorithm,the model of simulation is finished in AMEsim and Matlab-simulink,the performance analysis of the simulation is accomplished by AMEsim-simulink co-simulation,and results show that the recovery scheme is feasible,and the effect of parometers matching is great.
